Writing your love bible

Have you ever taken the time to sit and write down what your needs are in your relationships (romantic & platonic)? At our live podcast event “Rooted in Love”, my newfound sister in spirit Candyss Love mentioned that she often suggests the idea of writing a “Love Bible” to her clients. The Love Bible serves as a manual for loving you.

I ordered this journal from Amazon to start my own Love Bible and I wanted to share some questions that would be great for you to answer for yourself!

  • What are my core values?

  • What are my greatest passions in life?

  • What brings me the most joy?

  • What are my biggest fears or insecurities?

  • What do I value most in a relationship?

  • How do I like to be appreciated?

  • What makes me feel valued in a relationship?

  • How do I express gratitude towards my partner?

  • What are my non-negotiable boundaries in a relationship?

  • How do I like to handle personal space and independence?

  • What are my expectations around privacy?

  • What are my goals and aspirations?

  • How can my partner support my personal growth?

  • What kind of encouragement do I need to pursue my dreams?

  • What kind of physical affection do I enjoy?

  • How do I like to be comforted when I’m upset?

  • What does intimacy mean to me?

  • What are my boundaries when it comes to physical touch?

Of course there are plenty more questions that could be answered but I pray that these give those of you who have never done this type of excerise a great start!

I pray this helps someone today!
