Separation & Integration

The collective reading for our learning community for the day spoke on “separation & integration.” The Separation phase is alchemy is when we use energetic swords to cut and sever what no longer serves us. 

The separation phase can come after an intense period of revelations, emotional releases and purges, and now you're left to choose what things, people, habits, and behaviors belong in your new reality, vs. what you must cut ties with. 

In order for us to continue on the ascension path, separation is necessary in order to make the spirit more light. If you do not know what life is asking you to release, ask yourself this question:

"What does my ideal, most fulfilling reality look like, and what about my life now doesn't fit into that vision."

If you've never asked yourself that question, now is the perfect time to start to grab hold of your experience and conjure up the vision for what you desire to create!
